1. Scope & Applicability

This Payment Policy governs all purchases made on https://nordrue.com and applies globally. We comply with the following frameworks:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679
  • UK Data Protection Act 2018 & UK GDPR
  • Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)
  • Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
  • Applicable local laws in customer jurisdictions

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We support the following payment options:

3. Currency & Conversion

All prices are displayed in EUR (€). You may see prices in your local currency.

  • Payments in other currencies are converted by your provider with possible fees.
  • We are not responsible for currency conversion differences.

Chargebacks

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations

Cancel before dispatch via contact@nordrue.com. If shipped, refer to our Return Policy.

Refund Processing

  • EU customers: 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU).
  • Refunds via original payment method unless otherwise requested.
  • Processing: 5–14 business days.
  • Shipping/duties are non-refundable unless due to error.

7. Dispute Resolution

  2. EU customers: Use EU ODR Platform.
  3. You may also contact your national consumer protection authority.

8. Data Protection & Retention

  • Only required data is stored for legal obligations.
  • No full card details are stored. Payment tokens used.
  • Retention: 6 years for audits and compliance.
