These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://nordrue.com ("Website"), operated by DRAKAR ST LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. By using our Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, and other supplemental policies linked herein.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE
By using this Website, you confirm that:

We strive to ensure the accuracy and currency of content but cannot guarantee it. All reliance on content is at your own risk.

Legally binding terms are those found in your Order Confirmation and invoice. 
SECTION 4 – PRICES, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICE CHANGES
We may adjust prices and discontinue products at any time. These changes:

Do not affect confirmed orders.

Are clearly marked if part of a promotion (with reference to the lowest price within the last 30 days where required). 
We are not liable for changes unless required by law.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
Products may be limited in quantity or geography. Visuals are for illustration only.
We reserve the right to:

Limit product quantities or sales by jurisdiction.

Discontinue any product at our discretion. 
All purchases are subject to our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 – ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Accepted payment methods include:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, failure to accept delivery may result in:

Account suspension

Future COD restrictions

Legal recovery of costs 
Automated tools may be used to detect fraud. If a decision impacts you, you may request human review under GDPR Article 22.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options, fees, and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Orders dispatch within 24-48 business hours unless noted otherwise. 
- 
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. 
- 
Delivery risk passes to the carrier upon shipment. 
For COD orders: refusal or failure to accept delivery may result in account suspension and potential liability.
SECTION 8 – EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal period commencing on the day after physical receipt of goods, as per Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise:

Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Refunds issued within 14 days after receipt or proof of return. 
Exceptions: sealed goods opened after delivery, personalized items, or perishable goods are non-returnable under Art. 16.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools or apps managed by third parties. Use is at your own risk.
You are responsible for reading and accepting third-party terms.

Links are for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability. Interactions are at your own risk.
SECTION 11 – USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By submitting content (e.g., reviews), you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and share it.
You affirm you own the rights and that content does not:

Violate laws or IP 
- 
Contain offensive or false material 
We may moderate content and will comply with DSA obligations regarding transparency and appeals.
SECTION 12 – PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We process personal data in line with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Data is shared only with processors under contract or as required by law.

Shopify, Stripe, PayPal and our logistics partners act as processors under GDPR Art. 28.

SECTION 13 – COOKIES AND TRACKING

SECTION 14 – ERRORS AND ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to correct manifest errors (e.g., obvious pricing mistakes) at any time. If errors are discovered after confirmation, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund  within 14 days, and we will notify you promptly. Confirmed orders will only be canceled for such errors or force majeure events.
We are not liable for inconvenience caused by corrections unless required by law.
SECTION 15 – FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters

War, terrorism, civil unrest

Government action 
- 
Technical or logistical failures 
We will communicate promptly and offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.
SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:

Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
SECTION 17 – REPORTING VIOLATIONS

We investigate all reports in good faith and in accordance with the DSA.
SECTION 18 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Unless otherwise required by law:

Services are provided "as is". 
- 
We limit liability to the amount paid. 
- 
Consequential damages are excluded. 
- 
Statutory consumer rights are fully retained. 
- 
Remedies include free repair/replacement, price reduction, or refund. 
- 
You are not required to prove fault within 1 year of delivery. 
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
SECTION 19 – EU LEGAL GUARANTEE
Under Directive (EU) 2019/771:
- 
Goods must match their description and be fit for purpose 
- 
EU statutory conformity guarantee applies for 2 years from delivery. 
- 
Remedies include free repair/replacement, price reduction, or refund. 
- 
You are not required to prove fault within 1 year of delivery. 
SECTION 20 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us for damages from:
- 
Breach of Terms 
- 
Legal violations 
- 
IP or privacy violations 
- 
Fraud or misuse 
This applies only to unlawful acts or serious breaches (not ordinary consumer use).
Indemnity obligations do not apply to consumers whose rights are protected by law.
This does not apply where our own negligence or misconduct is involved.
SECTION 21 – SEVERABILITY
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be replaced by a valid term reflecting its intent. The rest of the Terms remain enforceable.
SECTION 22 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account, at any time, only if objectively justified. You may also request account deletion.
Termination results in:
- 
Ceased access to services 
- 
Responsibility for pending payments 
- 
Survival of relevant obligations (e.g., liability, indemnity) 
Users will receive notice and an opportunity to appeal decisions. We comply with applicable consumer rights and the Unfair Contract Terms Directive (93/13/EEC).
SECTION 23 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and our incorporated policies constitute the full agreement between you and Nordrue.
They supersede prior agreements or understandings.
Changes require written agreement.
SECTION 24 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
For EU-based customers, we comply with the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform established by the European Commission:

In the event of unresolved disputes, the applicable law shall be the law of the consumer’s country of residence, per Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
DRAKAR ST LTD is also subject to mediation through recognized UK and EU alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies upon request.
SECTION 25 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms. When changes materially impact your rights, we will provide advance notice (via email or on-site notice).
Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance. Review this page regularly.
